Store/Return Policies

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa and  Mastercard. We also accept money orders (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).


KNIVES:     All knives purchased are the responsibility of the buyer and not the seller (myseco).  All purchases are to follow all state and federal laws within your state.  We at myseco will not be responsible for misrepresentation or illegal use of knives purchased from us, this is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase knives.

We will drop-ship in the U.S. only via UPS. Drop Shipping is designed to help those customers who are operating an auction, mail order, Internet, door to door or fund raising business. If you opt for drop-shipping, you need to make sure that someone is available to accept delivery. Items left on porch or premises, disclosed "DELIVERED" by UPS, and end up missing are your responsibility, not ours. If this is unacceptable, please take delivery and then send it out to your customers with your own personal shipping stipulations.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

  • GROUND RATE: Orders are shipped via UPS, unless noted. Outside the U.S orders are shipped by USPS, (CONTACT US FOR SHIPPING CHARGES)  Most ground orders will arrive within 6-10 business days. This does not include orders shipping outside the U.S. and we will not be responsible for other charges that occur shipping outside the U.S.  This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders place after 12:00 noon Friday and over the weekend will go to shipping on Monday.) Minimuim shipping cost is $8.50.

RUSH RATE: (DHL 1-2 day rush shipments within the continental U.S.) (Please allow 1-2 business days for an order to be processed, filled and shipped from our warehouse and then 1-2 business days for delivery.)     Contact us for shipments outside the U.S...for shipment information and cost.  Shipments outside the top 48 states will be shipped by USPS.  Minimuim shipping costs is $24.50.

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 12-14 day delivery time.  This does not included weekends or holidays.  Orders require 1-2 business days processing and 9-11 business days UPS shipping, depending on what zone you are in.


Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using UPS  Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.  We use two different warehouses and some products may be shipped seperate, depending on what items are ordered.


Product Availibility.  We sell fast moving products and at times, there will be  a shortage of products to be sold even though we try to stay at 96% stocked. If an item or items is/are not available,we will not back order.  We will refund the funds for any "NA" or "Out of Stock"item[s].  Your funds are just that, they are your funds and we do not believe in keeping your funds.  If an item is "out of stock" and is expected to be in within 24hrs. we will contact you via email or telephone and see if you desire to wait the 24hrs or to proceed with a refund. 


Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.


Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.


Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 14 days from the ship date to receive refunds.  You must email the refund request to support@myseco.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you, allow for 48 hours for information. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.

Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return information for a full refund less a 25% restocking fee  and shipping cost.


Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
